Job summary

Pella Corporation is seeking an Order Verification Specialist to ensure timely completion of the order verification process for replacement orders, both virtual and in person. You will gather accurate job site and product requirements and clearly communicate installation steps to homeowners, setting realistic expectations.

This full-time, onsite role runs Monday–Friday 7am–4:30pm and covers the Parsippany–Ocean County area.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with homeowners and teams.
• Strong time management to meet schedules and timelines.
• Experience with construction or handyman work.
• Experience with window and door installation is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Complete order verification for replacement orders (virtual and in person).
• Gather correct job site and product requirements and communicate installation processes to homeowners.
• Assist with installation recovery work as needed and strive for Very Satisfied customers.
