RTX is seeking an experienced Operations & Supply Chain professional to join as the Capital Growth & Strategy Lead for the Land Based Radar Business Area (LTAMDS/GhostEye). You will oversee capital material strategies, procurement, and supplier management for capital projects and equipment.

The role requires strong interface across Engineering, Quality and Finance, with a focus on driving cost efficiencies, risk mitigation, and timely delivery of capital programs in an onsite U.S. environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• An advanced degree with 7+ years of related experience.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Program Management, or Supplier Management.

Responsabilités

• Lead capital OSC activities and advise the OSC management team and the Capital Growth & Strategy leadership on strategies and plans.
• Develop clear and complete SOWs for equipment, tooling, or manufacturing systems.
• Track capital OSC budgets and material forecasting.
• Organize and track project deliverables, KPIs and supplier data requirements.
• Support supplier selection, proposal evaluation and technical assessments.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation plans to meet factory/capital team requirements.
• Partner cross functionally with Engineering, Quality and Finance.
• Apply core concepts to improve departmental, factory related and supplier processes.
