Job summary

nextSource is seeking an Operations Specialist for a 9-month, on-site assignment in Paramus, NJ. The role supports CM relationships and operational execution across a network of contract manufacturers to ensure service reliability and quality.

The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, organized, and capable of coordinating cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include on-site CM contact, issue resolution, timely information turnover, and adherence to QA, regulatory, and R&D

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3 years of experience in contract manufacturing, filling, blending, packaging, supply chain, or manufacturing operations preferred.
Experience with ERP and reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the on-site contact for assigned contract manufacturing partners.
Support on-site issue resolution surrounding production, shipping/receiving and inventory roadblocks or data discrepancies.
Proactively ensure CM partners receive timely, accurate, and actionable information to execute production.
Build trust with manufacturing partner teams by providing updates and documents within lead times.
