Job summary

Quaker Houghton PA, Inc. is seeking a Contract Manufacturing Specialist to coordinate all CM activities, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency. You will support CM negotiations, manage capacity with product and supply chain teams, and assist with site audits and ISO/SOX compliance.

The role requires up to 15% travel, hands-on data analysis, and collaboration across multiple departments to optimize performance and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Assist CM Manager in negotiating contract manufacturing rates and preparing bid packets.
• Coordinate with Product Management & Supply Chain teams to ensure adequate CM capacity.
• Assist with auditing contract manufacturers and maintaining ISO/SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor costs and performance metrics; generate reports for customers and management.
• Lead resolution of material, shipping, or operational issues to minimize cost and delays.
• Maintain CM records, perform cycle counts, and support site audits as needed.
• Establish relationships with customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
