Qualifications

• 4 years related experience required.
• Experience with end user computing hardware and software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the full end user computing experience across hardware, printers, and devices.
• Diagnose and repair end user problems; escalate to senior staff as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance of end user devices and peripherals.
• Lifecycle management of end user devices including deployment and decommissioning.
• After hours Service Desk coverage as needed.
• Advise customers on technology needs and vendor quotes.
• Liaise with Information Resources and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
