Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to design and deliver learning programs for associates at our Sugar Land, TX facility. You will assess needs, onboard new hires, and maintain documentation while partnering with leadership to close skills gaps and support performance improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven training delivery, compliance with SOPs, and the use of LMS tools in a fast-paced distribution environment. Onsite work with occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year bachelors degree and five years of training experience.
• Training experience is highly preferred; warehouse training experience desirable.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training materials and programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs for associates, including compliance, safety, and SOPs.
• Assess training needs, develop curricula, onboard new hires, and identify skill gaps.
• Maintain training documentation, performance tracking, and post-training evaluations.
• Collaborate with managers to support organizational change and continuous improvement.
