Qualifications

• Requires completion of a four-year bachelor's degree and five years’ experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Training experience is highly preferred.
• Warehouse experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess training and development needs and plan content for all phases of associate development.
• Deliver training programs for compliance, safety and SOPs in warehouse operations.
• Oversee training in shipping, receiving, quality control, picking, packing, and inventory systems.
• Prepare training materials, evaluations, and visual aids; act as subject-matter expert.
• Onboard new hires and manage training curriculum; identify skill gaps and future needs.
• Measure training effectiveness and adjust programs; willingness to work extended hours as needed.
