Job summary

Cortina Solutions is seeking an Onsite Manager / Team Lead to oversee contractor personnel supporting the U.S. Border Patrol.

You will supervise up to nine staff and act as the main contractor liaison to the COR, coordinating daily support and ensuring timely service delivery. The role focuses on team management, operational support across branches, and ongoing collaboration with government stakeholders in a federal law enforcement setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in supervision.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Ability to obtain and retain a CBP Background Investigation (BI).

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor personnel and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
• Serve as primary liaison to COR and SPAD leadership.
• Coordinate personnel reassignments with management and government staff.
• Oversee administrative support services and document/data management.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members and address performance concerns.
• Track assignments and report progress to government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with DHS, CBP, USBP procedures in a federal environment.
