Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Safety and Quality: Maintain a safe work environment and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train hourly associates across shifts, develop staff for greater responsibility.
• Operational Efficiency: Plan resources to meet production schedules, minimize waste, drive continuous improvement.
• Record Keeping: Maintain training records, time logs, and performance documentation.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues; coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Planning daily.
