Job summary

The Toro Company seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing and distribution activities. You will manage schedules, monitor production, and partner with site leadership to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in operations supervision, a strong problem-solving mindset, and proficiency with SAP, Kronos, and Workday within a manufacturing setting. This is an on-site role at the Wisconsin facility.

Qualifications

• Require high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in operations manufacturing or distribution environments; 2–3 years in supervisory roles for levels I/II.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work assignments and schedules to meet productivity
• Monitor production activity, identify issues, troubleshoot, and implement solutions
• Collaborate with site leadership and other supervisors to align processes with business objectives
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Prioritize safety and promote safety-conscious decision making
• Communicate expectations, goals, and achievements to the team
• Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives with the team
• Promote trust, integrity, and ethical behavior
• Develop team members and drive performance toward business goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
