Job summary

Indeed Flex is hiring for a on-site Onsite Supervisor role at a customer facility in OH 43125. This fixed-term contract runs through mid-January 2027 and requires willingness to rotate shifts, including evenings and weekends. You’ll report to the Onsite/Regional Manager and coordinate with a hub for recruiting needs.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, overseeing timekeeping, and ensuring accurate payroll and invoicing while maintaining compliance with client agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service via phone, email, or chat.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with technology and onboarding new users.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer’s organization and deliver world-class customer experience by handling inquiries and issues.
• Provide and analyze reports on Indeed Flex bookings and other activities, supporting new processes.
• Facilitate new hire recruitment and onboarding with Flexers for proper transition to assignment.
• Manage daily timekeeping and reconcile time for payroll and invoicing accuracy.
• Liaise between Indeed Flex stakeholders and clients, coordinating with internal teams.
• Conduct quality checks on attendance, productivity, and performance to ensure CSAT.
• Maintain compliance with background checks, drug screening, billing, and other terms.
• Enter and maintain accurate account and Flexer data in the system.
