Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Support Coordinator to support initiatives across multiple departments.

In this entry‑level role, you'll partner with the Enterprise Center of Excellence (ECoE) and coordinate projects, meetings, training sessions, documentation, and process improvements. This is a 100% onsite position reporting to our Lakeville, MN corporate office, offering exposure to how a growing distribution company operates and chances to build relationships

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional interaction at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications or aptitude to learn quickly.
• Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple teams.
• Previous admin, customer service, internship, campus leadership, or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, project, and coordination support across multiple departments.
• Coordinate project requests, track action items, and maintain documentation for teams.
• Schedule and organize meetings and training sessions; prepare materials and follow-up communications.
• Maintain and organize business records, expense submissions, intake forms, trackers, and SOPs.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance team effectiveness.
• Serve as a point of contact for coordination and day-to-day support on various initiatives.
