This hybrid role splits time between our Lakeville corporate office (3 days in-office) and remote work (2 days). You will supervise the Inventory Planning Team, drive KPI-based improvements, and partner with Purchasing, Product Sourcing, and Operations to optimize assortment and vendor relationships, ensuring on-time availability and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory planning, demand planning, or replenishment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and BI tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision making.
• Leadership experience managing analysts or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach Inventory Planners and Purchasing Agents, using KPIs and SOPs.
• Oversee forecasting, replenishment, and safety stock management.
• Develop inventory strategies to optimize service levels and inventory investment.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Product Sourcing, and Operations on vendor optimization.
