Job summary

System One, Inc. in Weston, FL is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a contract role onsite. You will support materials flow, coordinate between production and procurement, and ensure timely service processing of components and finished goods.

The ideal candidate has 2 years working with capital equipment, familiarity with SAP and ServiceMax, and knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma. Onsite hours are 7:30am–4pm, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in medical capital equipment systems (preferred).
• Experience with SAP, ServiceMax, Expandable (preferred).
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles (preferred).
• Experience with automation (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure components, subassemblies, and finished goods progress through service processing stages.
• Interface with production, procurement, depot technicians and SAP experts to streamline material flow.
