Eclipse Advantage is a supply chain people solutions provider seeking a Senior On-Site Manager to support client HR teams in Covington, KY. You will recruit and manage hourly workers, ensuring operations align with client needs and corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for the onsite client location, establishing relationships with HR, Production, and facilities.
• Achieve hiring objectives, establish recruiting requirements, and develop candidate database.
• Manage a multi-shift workforce including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and office duties.
• Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting metrics for the onsite client and corporate office.
• Attract applicants, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates and improve organization attractiveness.
• Follow client hiring requirements (drug screens, background checks, skills testing).
• Audit new hire paperwork, conduct weekly payroll, track attendance and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations and counsel associates as needed.
• Coordinate with Eclipse IA’s corporate departments on unemployment and workers’ comp claims, investigations as needed.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections and enforce safety policies.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional discretion.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills; flexibility for overtime.

The SR On-Site Manager position acts as an extension of our client’s HR team by helping to recruit and manage the hourly workforce. On a daily basis you will work side-by-side with our client’s supervisory team to ensure that workforce solutions are implemented to grow the business to its full potential.

Responsibilities and essential job functions:

• Act as the first point of contact for client of Onsite location. Establish a good working relationship with multiple contacts within client to include HR, Production and facilities.
• Achieve hiring objectives of client, establish recruiting requirements, and develop candidate database.
• Manage a multi-shift workforce, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and any office managerial duties. Manage all associates performance related information.
• Build and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting metrics and deliver to onsite client and corporate office.
• Build effective sources to attract applicants; conduct interviews; evaluate applicants; and improve organization attractiveness.
• Follow client specific hiring requirements (drug screening, background checks, skills’ testing, etc.)
• Audit new hire paperwork. Conduct weekly payroll processing, Track attendance and occurrences of the staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations and counsel associates, when needed.
• Coordinate with Eclipse IA’s Corporate departments regarding onsite unemployment claims & workers’ compensation claims/issues and conduct investigations, as needed.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections of clients’ environments, Manage and enforce all safety policies and procedures of corporate and client. Complete any additional duties/projects as assigned.
• At least 3 year of Management experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidential information in a discrete and professional manner.
• Strong customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility with schedule, potential overtime, as determined by Upper Management.
• Bilingual in Spanish required

5-7 plus years of Recruiting experience required.
