This role requires leadership, bilingual English/Spanish, and a track record in food manufacturing operations. You will collaborate across supply chain, procurement, and QA to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and regulatory compliance (SQF/HACCP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, food science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in operations management within food manufacturing.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience with SQF and HACCP.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Production management: oversee blending, mixing, and packaging operations.
