Job summary

De Silva Brothers & Company is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Pico Rivera, CA to run daily warehouse operations. You will lead a team of warehouse associates and forklift operators, oversee shipping/receiving, inventory accuracy, and ensure GMP/SQF-aligned practices.

The role partners with production, quality, and purchasing to keep lines running, with a focus on audit-ready storage, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience, including leadership of a team
• Experience in a regulated environment with handling standards (GMP/HACCP)
• Hands-on ERP or WMS experience for receiving, inventory transactions, and cycle counts
• Forklift certified, or able to certify in-house within 30 days
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook for counts, variance tracking, and daily reporting

Responsibilities

• Own daily inbound and outbound flow: dock appointments, receipts vs PO, outbound loads
• Verify bills of lading, packing lists, labeling to meet routing requirements
• Manage carrier check-in, dock scheduling, and load staging to minimize delays
• Supervise put-away, picking, staging, and stock rotation (FIFO)
• Maintain lot traceability and location accuracy in ERP; support audits
• Stage raw materials, packaging, and components to production schedule
• Lead incident investigations and uphold safety and GMP training records
