Position Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing and distribution facilities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities

• Production Management:Oversee all aspects of production, including blending, mixing, and packaging processes, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Supply Chain Coordination:Manage procurement of raw materials and inventory control, optimizing supply chain efficiency.
• Quality Assurance:Ensure compliance with SQF and HACCP protocols, maintaining high standards for product safety and quality.
• Team Leadership:Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Customer Collaboration:Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of customized products.
• Regulatory Compliance:Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all operations comply with relevant laws and standards.
