Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production, blending, packaging, and compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate procurement of raw materials and inventory control to optimize supply chain.
• Ensure SQF and HACCP compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop an operations team to achieve performance goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure timely delivery of customized products.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure operational compliance.
