Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of collections experience; manager experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and state collection laws; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance onCollector calls and provide feedback.
• Perform file reviews and develop corrective action plans.
• Coach and mentor collectors to meet daily production goals.
