Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is seeking an Onsite / On-Premise Manager to oversee operations at our client's site in Fremont, CA. This role serves as the primary onsite leader, ensuring seamless workforce management while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, driving staffing success, conducting onsite interviews, and coordinating with recruiters to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce management or onsite staffing.
• Experience with high-volume hiring in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of SST on the ground, managing daily operations and driving success in partnership with the client.
• Lead all onsite workforce operations, including staffing levels, ensuring contractual obligations.
• Act as the main client liaison - building trust and providing real-time solutions.
• Conduct onsite interviews and selection processes to ensure the highest quality workforce.
• Partner with internal recruiters and managers to deliver timely staffing solutions.
• Oversee compliance, timekeeping, safety, onboarding, and employee relations for contract employees.
• Resolve workplace issues promptly, handling investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance client satisfaction and workforce efficiency.
