Job summary

Northeast Energy Center is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead on-site operations at our Charlton facility. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage vendors and contractors, and ensure projects stay on track with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The role emphasizes daily execution, procurement support, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced industrial environment, with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in site operations, business operations, facilities support, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience in industrial or energy-related environments preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite leader for day-to-day operational and business needs.
• Coordinate daily site activity to keep priorities organized and moving forward.
• Act as central point of contact for onsite vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support site leadership to keep operations organized, responsive, and well-coordinated.
• Coordinate site projects from planning through execution, including scheduling and tracking.
