Job summary

PROENERGY, a leader in engineering, R&D, and manufacturing for fast-start power solutions, seeks a Technical Maintenance Coordinator at our Houston facility. You will oversee maintenance scheduling, manage work orders, coordinate vendors, and perform CMMS data entry to ensure reliable operations.

You will also handle purchasing, budgeting, inventory control, tool management, and support hiring and KPI monitoring for the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading maintenance teams in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• 3–5 years troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent English communication in speaking, reading and writing.
• US work authorization is required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong safety culture and follow LOTO procedures.
• Route work orders to technicians and coordinate daily tasks.
• Manage work order generation, routing, and time entry in Fiix CMMS.
• Develop work instructions using CMMS, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Submit purchase requests, track approvals, and keep stakeholders updated.
