Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Reporting: input and reconcile time, attendance, payroll and client invoicing data.
• Client Reporting: prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly client reports.
• Order Management: process client orders and ensure talent meets requirements; coordinate with internal teams.
• Talent Engagement: conduct check-ins with new hires and monitor performance with feedback.
• Compliance: assist with audits and SOP adherence.
