Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Experience working in a warehouse or rental car environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with accountability for team performance.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Action-oriented mindset with the ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Professional communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn internal systems, and work collaboratively on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite operations and support employee performance at the client location
• Assist with team scheduling, attendance tracking, and coverage planning
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of onsite team members
• Review operational data and reports to identify trends and improve efficiency
