Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an On-Site Supervisor (Conv) in Rocky Mount, NC to support the Onsite Manager in delivering the Manpower Service Delivery model at client locations. You’ll execute daily operations, ensure compliance, and foster a positive experience for clients and talent.

In this role you will enter data, prepare client reports, manage talent engagement, and collaborate with client teams to drive service delivery excellence while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Industry: 2+ years in staffing, HR, or client-facing operations.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in staffing, HR, or service delivery.
• Digital literacy with MS Office, SharePoint, Outlook, and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter and reconcile data for time entry, attendance, payroll, and invoicing.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client reports.
• Process and prioritize client orders and coordinate resources across teams.
• Support safety, compliance, and SOP adherence.
