Responsibilities

• Build strong, personal connections with deployed associates through regular engagement and daily availability.
• Set performance expectations from day one and drive performance through coaching, training, and in-the-moment guidance.
• Monitor and manage attendance, performance, and productivity in real time.
• Investigate and resolve associate concerns in collaboration with the client and internal stakeholders, following through to resolution.
• Recognize and celebrate associate wins and foster a culture of appreciation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR- and Risk-related concerns, including behavioral escalations and policy violations.
• Document coaching conversations, feedback, and incidents accurately in internal systems.
• Support corrective action conversations, terminations, or disciplinary discussions in partnership with leadership and HR.
• Drive real-time problem-solving for timekeeping, badge access, and other daily logistics.
• Coordinate appreciation events and support rollout of new processes, tools, or technologies.
