Job summary

Aramark in Fremont, CA is seeking an Operations Finance Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, payroll, and inventory controls in a full-time onsite role from Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate has a strong operational finance background, excellent Excel skills, and a track record of financial leadership in a fast-paced environment. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available, and compensation ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and supervising teams.
• Controller/Finance Manager or equivalent operational finance role preferred.
• Strong operational finance experience across AP/AR, payroll and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and organize accurate and timely reporting and forecasting of financial information including financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Lead and oversee all financial activities for the location including accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collections, payroll processing, inventory management, and expense management.
• Manage month-end close process with SOX compliance where applicable and ensure accuracy and policy adherence.
• Supervise and develop finance staff including hiring, training, mentoring and performance management.
• Maintain outstanding internal and external customer service including billing accuracy and timely collection of balances.
