Job summary

Aramark in Glendale Heights, IL is seeking an Operations Finance Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, payroll, and inventory control. This role will oversee the finance and office staff, ensuring strong internal controls and continuous process improvement, in a fast-paced environment.

The position is full-time and onsite with no remote option. Ideal candidates have a strong operational finance background and proven leadership in dynamic settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and supervising teams.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; experience with SOX compliance.
• Experience in payroll, accounts payable/receivable, inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and organize financial reporting, forecasting, budgets, and variance analysis.
• Lead financial activities including AP/AR, payroll, credit/collections, and inventory.
• Close month-end with SOX compliance where applicable and internal controls.
• Supervise and develop finance staff with hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of internal and external customer service and timely collections.
• Collaborate with district and operations leadership on financial reviews and initiatives.
• Improve financial processes to drive cost savings and efficiency.
• Maintain controls and participate in audits as needed.
• Prepare and present financial information for leadership meetings.
