Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Regional Finance Manager to lead the finance function for all locations within the region. You will prepare financial and operating reports, conduct analyses, and drive strategic projects while ensuring internal controls.

Based in Fresno, you will collaborate with senior leaders, manage budgets and forecasts, and guide cross-functional teams to optimize revenues and margins. A strong accounting background and Excel expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial experience, including end-to-end P&L management and balance sheet oversight.
• 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Understanding of GAAP and SOX environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail, and deadline management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• CPA/CMA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Location: Fresno, California (in office)
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to communicate key financial levers and improve revenues and margins
• Financial Planning and Analysis including the creation and detailed review of annual budgets and monthly forecasts by location
• Report, analyze, and communicate financial trends, data, and analysis to the Corporation and Operators
• Train and develop Finance and Operations teams on financial acumen, policies, and procedures
• Oversee audits and maintain financial records in accordance with policies and regulations
