Job summary

Motorola Solutions’ Silvus Technologies unit seeks an Operations Administrator to support supply chain, production, and quality teams. Role reports to the Director of Operations and is based 100% onsite in West Los Angeles.

The position involves coordinating data, scheduling, and change orders while upholding ISO requirements and KPI tracking. Background checks and a drug test are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Review production worksheets (MPS) for accuracy and accountability.
• Assist with data entry and scheduling.
• Manage change orders and keep the MPS up to date.
• Support ISO requirements through training, docs, and corrective actions.
• Track KPIs and assist Production with admin tasks.
