Summary:

The main function of a business operations specialist is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. The business operations specialist usually reports to a project manager or director.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
  2. Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
  3. Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
  4. Set up project and work breakdown structures.
  5. Establish and document business processes.
  6. Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.

Skills:

  1. Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  3. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:

Position Summary:

Responsible for the RB (Refurbish) business data analyzing and reporting within SEA Mobile Production Center. This role will be assigned mainly to work on the CRN (Certified Re-New) account and will interact with internal teams related to the account. This role is responsible for reviewing KPI, forecast, as well as running daily account operation by reviewing data and creating reports.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following:

  1. Ensures to track weekly KPI including forecast, return volume, production progress to update database and report KPI to management.
  2. Ensure to create weekly inventory status report to share with internal operation teams.
  3. Ensure to set up incoming product system set up for production readiness.
  4. Review receiving and validate receiving rejects to share guidance on inventory movement.
  5. Operate systematic inventory checks to ensure all physical inventories are aligned with systematic data.
  6. Ensure to weekly analyze production rejects and transfer back to warehouse.
  7. Coordinate physical inventory movement with warehouse team.
  8. Follow up on daily account operation duties and issues to smoothly run the operation.

Background/Experience:

  1. 2-3 years of work experience related to business analyst/account management/project management area.
  2. Advanced experience using MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. (Especially Excel skills for data analyzing and reporting)
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Able to analyze data and present reports.
  5. Excellent communication skills.

Necessary Skills/Attributes:

  1. The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiple levels within the company.
  2. Ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources, prepare spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and tables of information, and to plan and prioritize multiple work assignments.
  3. The ability to read, write, provide critical technical review, and prepare reports, technical manuals, test procedures, and technical product information.
  4. Demonstrated English language competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external communications.
  5. The demonstrated ability to solve problems involving highly diverse conditions requiring creativity to search for solutions among learned things.
  6. Job duties require analysis and judgment of functional practices and daily experiences to determine appropriate courses of action.

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions:

The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:

  1. Work generally performed in an office using PC with occasional work to be present in the warehouse.
  2. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule.
