Job summary

INEOS Pigments USA, Inc. - Ashtabula Complex located in Ashtabula, OH is seeking an Operations Administrator to oversee the hourly workforce scheduling in accordance with the CBA, support budgeting, and partner with Training, HR, and the ISO/OSHA compliance teams.

Strong Microsoft Office skills and at least five years of professional experience are required; this is a 100% onsite role at the Ashtabula plants, offering a hands-on, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Access and SharePoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the hourly operations workforce per the CBA.
• Manage daily callout system and prescheduled overtime.
• Maintain on-call schedule and employee training with departments.
• Track attendance and support Supervisors with Absence Control Policy.
• Maintain documents in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA PSM.
• Create requisitions, manage invoices, and perform SAP goods receipts for indirect materials and services.
• Support Operations Manager and Supervisors in budgeting.
• Coordinate with Training & HR for employee qualifications during bidding.
• Plan and coordinate Plant 1 events as needed.
• Serve as Rally Point Marshall for the 1130 Bldg during business hours.
• Support Operations Manager, Supervisors as needed.
• Other duties, as assigned.
