Job summary

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse for the Chocolate Bayou Works site in Alvin, TX. The OHN partners with management to ensure safety, health surveillance and timely care for employees in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires 7+ years as an OHN, current NP certification, and knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and DOT regulations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 7 or more years' experience as a nurse practitioner in the field of occupational health.
• Advanced Practice Certification current (AANP or ANCC).
• NIOSH Training.
• CAOHC Certification.
• DOT Drug Screening Certified.
• OHN certification preferred or Graduate OHN education.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for employees including work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Administer vaccines and manage medical surveillance programs.
• Coordinate medical information for workers' compensation and disability claims.
• Lead wellness initiatives and coordinate with HR on safety and health programs.
