Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a nurse practitioner in occupational health.
• Advance Practice Certification (AANP or ANCC) preferred.
• Graduate level education in Occupational Health Nursing (OHN) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates Safety Leadership through the INEOS 20 Safety Principles.
• Manage medical surveillance and return-to-work programs with the Medical Director.
• Provide clinical care for employees, including vaccinations and injuries.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and short-term disability processes with HR.
• Oversee onsite clinic operations and supervise Medical Technicians.
