Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience; power plant environment preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Some travel required; on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and perform office administration duties.
• Manage Parts Warehouse and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Assist with personnel issues per company policy; collaborate with sites.
• Coordinate on-site meetings and support budgeting with Regional Manager.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and contractual compliance on site.
• Lead Technician Level Advancement initiatives and training.
