AES Corporation is seeking an O&M Specialist for our Churubusco, NY offices. This supervisory role combines technician management with essential office duties, ensuring compliance, training, and efficient operations on site.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of power plant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Travel is required 10–15% in year one, with on-site work supported by a robust benefits package.

Formación

• 3–5 years of related experience in a power plant environment preferred.
• Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills.
• Planning, organizational and decision-making skills; multi-tasking capability.
• On-site role with limited travel (10–15% in first year).

Responsabilidades

• Manage technician performance and site administrative duties.
• Oversee Parts Warehouse and maintenance consumables tracking.
• Support with IT challenges and local site coordination.
• Coordinate with local community leaders and ensure budget adherence.
• Champion technician development and safety/quality compliance.
