Job summary

American Exchange Group’s Aerosoles Footwear division is seeking a detail-oriented User Systems Support Analyst in New York City. The role anchors operations between supply chain, production, sales channels, and the core ERP system (Infor M3).

You will troubleshoot data issues, enforce SOPs, and support dropship/inventory workflows across D2C, wholesale, and third-party channels. A strong ERP background and footwear industry familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in supply chain operations, ERP data management or inventory control.
• Experience with footwear/apparel or consumer goods is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with ERP data and master data governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit and govern master data in Infor M3 (fineline, HTS codes, NRF uploads).
• Ensure new products/vendors are set up to prevent PO issues.
• Collaborate with production and finance to verify inventory valuation and landed costs.
