American Exchange Group in New York City is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst for Aerosoles to support financial operations and timely collections. This on-site hybrid role focuses on cash application, reconciliations, chargebacks, and customer communications.

The ideal candidate brings strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and ERP experience to maintain accurate customer records and assist month-end processes with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or 3-4 years accounting experience (AR).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform cash application for customer remittances.
• Process credit card payments and record in ERP.
• Research, analyze, reconcile, collect, and resolve customer chargebacks.
• Reconcile customer accounts between ERP and portals; resolve discrepancies.
• Distribute monthly statements and AR aging reports.
• Record AR entries in ERP and maintain customer master files.
• Prepare and distribute customer invoices timely.
• Resolve deductions and payment discrepancies.
• Assist in end-of-month closing and audit support.
