Job summary

DMS Logistics in New York City is looking for a Logistics & Quality Analyst to oversee shipment processes on-site, verify documentation, and ensure compliance. You will coordinate with the Air and Ocean Operations teams and the warehouse to meet TSA and related standards while maintaining data accuracy.

The role also involves acting as the local focal point for client visits and supporting pricing benchmarking with cross-functional teams. Weekend AOG readiness may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Weekend AOG readiness aligned with supervision when required.

Responsibilities

• Act as NYC focal point bridging the Operations and warehouse teams on-site.
• Receive instructions from Air and Ocean Operations and coordinate with the warehouse.
• Monitor receiving, verify cargo documents and ensure correct ownership by DMS.
• Ensure TSA, C-TPAT, bonded warehouse and CCSF compliance.
• Serve as local point for client visits and for pricing benchmarking with internal teams.
