Qualifications

• 2+ years in receptionist/front desk/hospitality or office coordination roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
• Greet visitors, coordinate check-in procedures, and escort guests to designated meeting rooms.
• Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing incoming calls and emails.
• Coordinate conference room reservations, meeting schedules, and audiovisual setup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors.
• Provide administrative support, including travel coordination, office events, and special projects.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
