Job summary

UCHealth in Colorado is seeking a Nurse Education Supervisor to oversee daily professional development activities for a designated nursing specialty. This onsite role supports educator teams across Metro Denver hospitals, including Broomfield.

You will direct staffing, provide coaching and ensure policy compliance, with strong emphasis on quality of care and staff growth. The position requires an RN license, a Bachelor's in Nursing, and at least 5 years of nursing experience, plus BLS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and RN licensure required.
• 5 years of nursing experience. BLS certification required.
• Ability to supervise, coach and develop nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments.
• Provides orientation, training, coaching, and performance feedback.
