Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Nursing and RN license required.
• At least 2+ years nursing experience.
• Knowledge of ANA/ANPD standards and continuing education.
• Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate education programs.

Responsibilities

• Onboard orientation using ANPD standards and assess learner needs.
• Develop education plans for new grads, experienced nurses, and staff.
• Coordinate competency validation and ongoing training activities.
• Promote clinical practice improvement and evidence-based learning.
• Support preceptor programs and student placements.
