Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support the RTV Team. You will track inbound and outbound loads, coordinate with carriers, and ensure efficient, cost-conscious freight handling.

This onsite role runs Wednesday through Saturday from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM. You will use YMS/OTM/Tableau to monitor trailers and schedule live loads, while communicating with leadership, drivers, and yard jockeys.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to communicate via email with carriers/vendors.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Track inbound and outbound trailers from arrival to departure at the facility.
• Coordinate with carriers, receiving/shipping leadership, drivers and yard jockeys; schedule live loads using YMS/OTM/Tableau.
