Job summary

QVC, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support the RTV Team at our Bethlehem, PA distribution center.

This onsite role focuses on tracking inbound and outbound trailers and coordinating carrier appointments, with daily communication to leadership, drivers and yard staff to ensure timely, cost-efficient freight handling. The position requires attention to detail and strong MS Office skills, with a schedule of Wednesday through Saturday, 6pm–4:30am.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail required for tracking inbound/outbound trailers and scheduling live loads.
• Strong email communication with carriers, vendors, drivers and leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel to maintain logs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Track inbound and outbound trailers from arrival to departure at the facility.
• Utilize systems like YMS/OTM/Tableau to monitor movements and create carrier appointments.
• Coordinate receiving live loads and communicate with receiving/shipping leadership, drivers and yard jockeys.
