• Direct and schedule driver's work, coordinating loads and backhauls for max utilization.
• Develop daily delivery plan using equipment and resources for effective operations.
• Identify and resolve delivery/scheduling problems with customers, drivers and vendors.
• Perform payroll, billing, driver counseling and post-accident reviews.
