• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
• Self-starter mentality with a strong internal drive to succeed.
• Ability to work weekends and maintain a consistent onsite presence.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, community engagement, and relationship-building.
• Guide homebuyers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through contract and closing.
• Convert traffic into sales through exceptional follow-up, consultative selling, and a customer-first approach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, Realtors, lenders, and internal teams.
• Stay highly organized and disciplined in managing your pipeline, appointments, follow-ups, and sales activity.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through persistence, strategy, and execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with construction, mortgage, title, and customer service teams to ensure an exceptional buyer experience.
