AT&T is seeking an Installation Technician to install high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and businesses. You will work independently as a trusted expert, meeting new people daily and solving problems to elevate the customer experience.

Ladders, space constraints, and physical tasks are part of the role. You’ll need a valid driver’s license, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed.
• Identify wire and cable colors accurately.
• Complete pre-employment assessment as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Install high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and businesses.
• Conduct installations independently as a trusted expert and provide best-in-class service.
• Assist customers, solve problems, and educate them about new technology.
• This role involves climbing ladders and working in various spaces to complete activations.
