AT&T is seeking an Installation Technician to perform in-home installations and activations of broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services. You’ll work independently with customers, helping them connect to a reliable network and improve their home or business connectivity.

The role offers a flexible schedule, overtime opportunities, and ongoing paid training. A valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and the capacity to work in tight spaces or at heights are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs.
• Work in small spaces or aloft up to 28 ft.
• Available for overtime, emergency call outs and holidays.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Qualify on pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Install high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes or businesses.
• Provide seamless installation and activation of technology.
• Work independently as a trusted expert and meet new people daily.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic installation issues.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
