Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Installation Technician to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer homes and small businesses. You will work independently, meet new people daily, and solve problems while delivering best-in-class service.

Responsibilities include field installation, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless setup. The role demands physical capability, a valid license, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to customer locations.
• Able to lift and move up to 60 lbs and handle ladders safely.
• Willing to work overtime, on-call, and holidays as needed.
• Able to identify wire and cable colors for installations.
• Must complete pre-employment assessment with satisfactory results.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer homes and small businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted technician and provide excellent customer service.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure seamless network setup.
